Inspiring Different Thinking:
I think the most compelling of your statements for me was the regret one of your teammates felt not going down Kitzbuhel, stating the injuries of 2 other skiers who had gone down and crashed into a barn had healed and is injury in the form of regret had not. It is a common type story but the way you presented it was for some reason more compelling. Compelling enough to do something unheard of for me and that is to approach a speaker and ask for their autograph. So as you said I lunged forward and plan to continue to do so.

"Thank your very much for your presentation to my customers, to a one, they were absolutely motivated and inspired by your presentation; especially the Canadian group.
